Please join us for an exciting talk hosted by the Journalism and Creative Writing Program.

This event will feature Ukrainian poet and scholar Iryna Starovoyt (writer-in-residence for the Journalism and Creative Writing Program) in a wide-ranging conversation with Andrew Wernick (Emeritus Professor of Cultural Studies) about the Russo-Ukrainian War and prospects for the future.

The conversation will touch on issues such as Ukraine as a ground zero, sociocide in Russia, the fog of cognitive war, literature and war, and the ruination problem.
