Event Description

SVI and the Ukrainian Museum of Canada, Ontario Branch presents a window art exhibition of Ukraine Illustrated posters created as a response to Russia's hybrid war on Ukraine.

This window art display features the Kyiv-based illustration collective, Pictoric. In addition to work from Ukraine, you can also find artworks created by Ukrainian-Canadian artists and allies that are on display at SVI

Pictoric is an illustration collective featuring Ukrainian illustrators, graphic designers, and allied artists. It views its mission in the promotion of quality and relevant graphics representing Ukraine on the international stage. Since russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine, Pictoric has collected and created illustrations, posters, and comic books in support of Ukraine and its people, as a way to convey true information, and inspire the whole world to fight for freedom and democracy.
