Event Description

Curated by Ukrainian-Canadian artist and activist Andrew Kushnir and featuring the writing of Lesya Ukraina, Mykola Kulish, and Natal'ya Vorozhbit, among others, this series of plays-in-translation represents some of the best of Ukraine's theatre. The Stratford Festival, renowned for showcasing outstanding theatrical performances, is dedicated to promoting cross-cultural understanding and appreciation, and we are delighted with this lineup of these readings centred around Ukraine and its artistic traditions.
