Join us on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at Trident Banquet Hall in Etobicoke for GASTRO UNITED — a collaborative culinary experience celebrating Ukrainian Heritage Month in Ontario. For the first time, the National Culinary Team of Ukraine and members of the Canadian National Culinary Team will share one stage to create an unforgettable six-course dinner for 250 guests.
Presented by Fourth Wave (IOUC), in partnership with the Ukrainian Association of Culinary Workers and the Ukrainian National Culinary Team, and held with the support of the Consulate General of Ukraine in Toronto, the evening brings together fine dining, a live charity auction, and live music and artistic performances — all in support of a life-saving cause.
Every ticket and sponsorship directly funds urgently needed medical equipment for two hospitals near Ukraine's front line: an acute hemodialysis and plasmapheresis machine and a 3D mammograph for Kherson City Clinical Hospital, and a digital orthopantomograph for the Zaporizhzhia Regional Children's Clinical Hospital "Zdorova Rodyna," which treats children with blast injuries from the war.
