All FREE programs run:
• Online over ZOOM (Free one-on-one training with our tech expert over the phone if you need support)
• In ENGLISH
• At EST (Eastern Standard Time–Toronto)
Join our weekly online programs like Chair Yoga and Exercise, Line Dancing, Art Classes, Technology Workshops, plus rotating special events: this month a talk on Community Gardens, Breath Health, Origami for Asian Heritage Month, Surprising Body Facts, and a check in with Dr Derkach, UCCC's resident physician about COVID.
