Tatiana Rusanovska to Showcase "Floral Inspirations: Women in Bloom" at Historic McKay Art Centre Unionville, Markham—August 30th, 2024—Renowned artist and illustrator Tatiana Rusanovska will debut her latest solo exhibition, "Floral Inspirations: Women in Bloom," at the historic McKay Art Centre from September 18th to 22nd. This captivatingshow will feature a collection of works that intertwine the elegance of flowers with thegrace of femininity. This exhibition is especially significant for Tatiana because it is held at the McKay ArtCentre, once the home of Group of Seven member F. H. Varley. Tatiana Rusanovska, an award-winning artist and illustrator based in Thornhill, draws deepinspiration from the natural world, particularly flowers, and the rich cultural heritage of herUkrainian roots. Her work spans multiple mediums, including watercolour, monotype, andbatik. Each piece reflects her meticulous attention to detail and passion for capturing theessence of nature and femininity.
"Floral Inspirations: Women in Bloom" invites visitors to explore how Tatiana's artbeautifully captures the parallels between the cyclical nature of flowers and the enduringresilience and grace of women.

About Tatiana:Tatiana Rusanovska is an award-winning artist and illustrator based in Thornhill, Canada. Her work, deeplyinfluenced by nature and Ukrainian heritage, spans multiple mediums, including watercolour, monotype, andbatik. She is a member of The Society of York Region Artists. Tatiana's art has been featured in variousexhibitions in Europe, Canada, and the United States.
